Worse hotel I have been in in along time. Not cleaned room. Chunk of brownie on the floor covered with ants. Moved rooms and one of the beds had been used. The worse was the breakfast, cold cereal, instant oatmeal packets and a few yogurt. AND NO SPOONS. When I asked, the girl said they didnt have any. I asked how to eat, sbe just shrugged her sholders. I complained at the front desk and she told me to stay at the airport Ramada, "its worse." There is no excuse for any of this.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. I told front desk my toilet didn’t work. She told me she will send someone up two hours later. I called back and she said oh yeah they left her plunger upfront for you. I had to plunge my own toilet when I wasn’t even the one that messed it up.

Nasty Stay never again

Whole hotel needs renovated and exterminated and New mattresses. The doors need upgraded and the camera system looks like a person off the street hooked them up. I will never book at this hotel ever again

Front entrance not well visable, Parking is about 1/4 mile from Main etrance although there is an exit door, it is not clearly marked :"Not an Entrance", Hot tub not working, Pool locked an because the front desk clerck was the only employee on site, if you wanted to use a pool you had to call the front desk and wait for the person could come let you in.

À fuir absolument – une étoile, c’est déjà trop!

Honnêtement, cet hôtel est un désastre sur toute la ligne. Dès notre arrivée, une odeur désagréable envahit les lieux. Les chambres sont sales, dans un état lamentable. La salle de bain était tout simplement dégoûtante, des barres de savon déjà utilisées, le bain pas lavé, et des poils d’un précédent client encore visibles. Je suis immédiatement allé me plaindre au comptoir. Le gérant m’a proposé une autre chambre… même situation. Aucun ménage fait, rien de mieux. Le lendemain, nous avons demandé un remboursement ou un dédommagement pour quitter les lieux. Refus total. Aucun geste, aucune compassion. Le personnel nous traitait comme si on était le problème, sans la moindre empathie. On a fini par partir de notre plein gré et payer un autre hôtel pour ne pas passer une nuit de plus dans ce qu’on peut franchement qualifier de trou à rats. Je ne comprends pas comment Hôtels.com peut encore collaborer avec un établissement aussi négligé et irrespectueux. Service exécrable, propreté inexistante, zéro professionnalisme. Une étoile, c’est bien trop généreux, s’il était possible de mettre une note négative, je l’aurais fait sans hésitation.

The property is in disrepair. On arrival we had to best the fruit fly’s away to get to the elevator. My daughter kept asking what the foul smell was in the lobby and through the halls. When we made it to the room the bathroom floor was wet. Mold in the shower and paint coming off the walls. The thermostat for the air conditioning wasn’t working. Only way to use it was to turn it on the it kept running. The drain was plugged in the shower and when we finally went to bed my daughter asked what the big brown mark on the sheets were. I can only assume it was poop. THE worst experience I’ve had at ANY hotel.

Never will we stsy in Cleveland again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tye bedding was dirty,we went down to get new bedding. One of tge mattress when laying on it you would get wet from luquid leaking up thriugh the mattress. The shower curtain rid was loise and seemed ready to fall off. The showrer curtain wiuld slide to the middle causing a wet slippery floor. Carpets also smelled. The room when we entered smelled terrible. The noise in the hallway throughout the night was loud from other costumers. I found bugs in the morning, and the free breakfast the yogurt had mold in it and the lack variety of food was ridiculous.

Front desk staff needs to be more aware and respectful of customers time. They were more busy gossiping and talking amongst each other instead of answering phone calls or assisting customers in person. I found it unprofessional. Room above me had toilet running all night long so I couldn't sleep. And hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Elevator didnt have pleasant smell either. Breakfast was inconvenient because there were NO SPOONS and there wasnt enough milk or orange juice or much of anything FOR all the guests.
