Weird checkin process. Reservation was for Roost, but they usher you to The May, which is actually a different address. Confusing layout and poor or nonexistent signage from parking. Asked if I can checkin at 3pm and was told “no problem”, but room wasn’t even ready at 4pm. Room was very nice and clean.

The Roost was absolutely amazing. My wife and I was completely blown away when we walked into the room. Such a great experience. Asia was very helpful at the front desk and although she mentioned she was new to the job she was very helpful, nice, and pleasant to work with. In addition everyone else we came across was helpful as well.

The size of the room was phenomenal. Amenities in room and out very well appointed. Staff pleasant and helpful. Parking, elevator and building area entries very secure. Small snack shop w POS system in community area was great. Felt like luxury city loft living. Definitely stay here again

Fabulous place with rudest front desk ever

Fantastic place. Front desk person Karla was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in 35 years of travel. Will never stay here again nor will anyone in my company due to one persons absolutely disgusting treatment of a paying customer with family. Tried to contact a manager but was told in a meeting all day. Will put my concerns in writing to the owners.
