IF YOU WANT TO WAIST YOUR MONEY STAY HERE!!!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Guys I'm not a fancy guy, but this was terrible and the customer service is way off and how they treated my wife. We got in and there was a mold, humid, gross smell in the room. Upon going to the front desk and reporting, they offer my wife a spray bottle that would help with the smell. And stated "this has never happened before". We left the hotel and called hotels.com to help. Customer service with Hotel.com was fantastic and called the hotel to change our room. Because they had said they could not do anything because I booked through a 3rd party. That said, came back to hotel and the front desk took me to 3 different rooms to check and see if the smell was better in those rooms and it was the same. Horrible, gross, unclean and just dirty rooms. After checking other rooms we got one that had a better smell but still was not ok. Not asking for a 5 star hotel, just a decent, clean place to stay with family. My recommendation for the price I paid for 2 nights, which was CRAZY and the service, not worth it. Not good. Don't recommend. Would say hot Breakfast was not bad. After our stay checking out I was standing for 10 minutes in the front desk and nobody came to check me out. After I left they ask me how was my stay and I reported the same thing as I'm putting in this review. They said they would give me a discount, but the same thing as it's through a 3 party they can't. RIGHT!!! Convenient. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
This is what they don't show you in the nice pictures you see the hotel. Garbage on the floor and overflowing with terrible smell.

Excellence in customer service

The hotel Staybridge suites was excellent. Very clean, updated, comfortable bed with a sofa as well. The best part was the free breakfast. Krisha was the person that worked with a couple of others to prepare a delicious breakfast every morning. She was so sweet, provided excellent customer service and greeted us like we were family every morning. I was shocked at the healthy choices. They served healthy foods, like oatmeal, eggs, blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, yogurt, fresh fruit, sausage and bacon. Hash brown potatoes and sweet potatoes. Croissants and sweet bread. Fresh orange juice coffee and tea. I can go on and on about the food. So many choices and all you can eat. This saved us so much money. We ate enough for breakfast and lunch.

The hotel was very nice. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was a bit too soft for us, but that’s a personal preference. The pool area is so nice! Clean and comfortable. Staff were super kind and helpful. Only complaint was the smoking area right in front of the doors, not a fan of walking through smoke. Oh and the garbage cans in the public area were overflowing. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Decent stay for families. Only one elevator and it was VERY slow. The door to my room didn't close so I had to shove it ever time I left my room. The staff was extremely friendly and the check-in and checkout process was quick.

The hallway carpets were stained and dirty, and trash from rooms was left in the hallways for extended amounts of time before being picked up. In my room, the floors that were not carpeted were sticky, and had dirt on them. Water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and there were dried substances on the walls (in the room and in the hallways). The breakfast was substandard, with most of the hot offerings being cold and the French toast being hard and stale. The floors, seating and tables were dirty and sticky, and when "cleaned" by the cleaning lady, remained dirty. For the money I paid to stay here, I was very unimpressed. Won't stay here again.

Don’t stay here! We got there Sunday afternoon and I think there was a block party going on at the hotel. At least 60+people at the pool area (pool outside) grilling swimming.. no room for anyone else. First night room was cool. Second night room temp wouldn’t go below 74 even though we were told to set it at 65. Screaming and yelling in room next to us until 4:00am. Wouldn’t go back if they gave me free rooms. Don’t go!
