Visited for just one night to see Case Western. Perfect location - just couple blocks from the visitor center. It’s a historic hotel and beautiful inside. The service was amazing. So attentive and nice. We had a problem with our room and they were able to change out our room without any hesitation at all. Breakfast included and wonderful. I wish we could have stayed another night just to enjoy the hotel. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back some day!

What a wonderful stay. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with kindness! The atmosphere and ambiance as we walked through the house brought a smile to our faces. The room (queen bedroom) was clean and comfy. A delicious breakfast and a delightful bar and bartender were also part of our stay. I highly recommend!

Clean. Comfortable, professional. Walked around the area a few times looking at the history in CWRU. Coffee shop nearby but the coffee at the Glidden House was good too. Nice full breakfast included

What a gem! The Glidden House is an historic hotel located within easy walking distance of the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Cleveland Natural History Museum. The location is fantastic of course, and our room was comfortable, clean, and very attractive. But the friendly, it was the helpful reception my wife and I found there that really set the Glidden House apart from other hotels. The person who checked us in and another employee went out of their way to determine what we wanted to do during our stay and gave us many helpful suggestions. Highly recommended.
