This is a fun hotel and the 2nd time we’ve stayed here before an early morning flight out of town. The rooms are very large, clean and a have a modern art deco with a glimpse of the past design. Rotary phones are in the rooms. Everything was very clean. Staff was pleasant and professional. We had to leave too early for breakfast but the dining area is large and clean and looks to have a nice buffet. We will stay here again. As a former NASA building, it has pictures and designs that thrill aviation buffs like my husband.

Great stay as always. This is my go-to hotel when flying in and out of CLE. Rooms are spotless, service great. You can see the planes coming and going from your window. Rental car return is 5 minutes away!

The transportation was good; driver was very nice and helpful. Phone system did not work, but call to Hilton 800 number got results to arrange pickup. Phone system seems irratic and unpredictable. This should be priority in resolution.

Close to CLE airport with a shuttle every 20mn. Unusual decor / hallways, the hotel was a NASA office building and it shows! Very large rooms, large TV. Nice breakfast (starts at 6am). No restaurant, but the shuttle can stop at the Grayton Road Tavern on the other side of the freeway. One complain: the AC/heater in the room was very noisy.

Our stay started with an unfriendly check in. The rooms seemed to be designed as cheaply as possible. From only having half a shower door so half of you was always cold to bare thin blankets and cold air seeping through the window. The food quality at the breakfast were very poor and most morning the proteins were finished well before breakfast ended. My child could hear the staff complaining about each other so no one seemed too happy to be working there. Did appreciate the free bottle of waters but somehow kept missing the cleaning service. The gym was nice. Super close to the airport so that was a plus.
