Very intimidating family game room.....staff allowed same four men take over the pool room and get drunk and rowdy with beer all over the area for at least 2 hours.....Staff allowed dog to sit & eat off the table in the dining area

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower with great pressure. All soaps, lotion and shampoo and conditioner were very nice. The lobby was very inviting and comfortable and the snack area had a lot of options. This hotel was probably the best I've stayed at in a long time. Restaurants were within walking distance also.

Excellent stay at Tru. BEAUTIFUL hotel in every way. Outstanding room and service. Staff simply lovely and accommodating. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at in Cleveland, TN then look no further - this one is it. Pricing quite reasonable and fair, also.

Booked the room about 1 hour before we checked in, booked a king room, but when I checked in there were no king rooms available. Disappointed with the booking system to not get the room we booked. Otherwise the room is good and clean. The lady on reception actually made me a fresh pot of coffee, very much appreciated when there is no coffee machine in the room.

Check-in was terrible. Hotels.com said in an email Check-in was at 3:00 but the hotel said it wasn’t until 4:00 pm then they didn’t have the room ready for u. To check-in until after 4:30pm. We had an event to be at by 5:00 so that was frustrating. We asked for a discount and they blamed Hotels.com.

Unfortunately, this hotel would be great if it weren’t for the people. It’s a brand new hotel, but the windows aren’t good enough to keep the traffic noise out (which was loud and constant). Think Mad Max and a racing derby, all in one annoying, obnoxious parade. So if you’re going to stay here, make sure you request a room on the back side of the hotel.
