Staff is very friendly. I stayed there four days I had cable the first day the next three days I had no cable. I had worked the next two days so I couldn’t address the cable situation because the front desk was closed. my last night there there was a guy at the front desk. That did the best he could trying to get my cable working calling people. At the end of the day at 7 o’clock he offered to give me a new room which I was thankful for, but it was my last night. I didn’t wanna pack up everything and move to a room just to have cable. I literally had to go almost every day to get new key cards. This facility is for a long stay, and again it was clean. Just a hassle with the key cards and no cable not a great experience but I know it’s not the staff’s fault I did feel safe. I didn’t use the in room facilities like the stove, but I did use the microwave and the refrigerator was big. Basic bed on a steel frame, but was still comfortable. The heater and the air conditioning was pretty good for that small area. Look like there was a lot of families trying to make way for their children, and the rate was excellent. for the price and value I would probably stay here again. If I just had cable and key cards that worked.

Nothing to like. Filthy room, filthy floors. Putrid smells in hallways and elevator. The bed/mattress was the most uncomfortable sleeping apparatus i have ever encountered, and I’ve actually slept outside on rocks a few times in my life. The heater sounded like an old steel mill blast furnace that was ready to explode every time it kicked on. We left a 6:00 am, we literally couldn’t get out fast enough.

Bathroom was dirty, kitchen had leftover onions, it was unbearably hot even though we turned the heat off. Bed kept moving. Two nights and we got zero sleep.

Do not stay here if you want rest. The walls were thin and floors poorly insulated. Noise all night long. Beds (mattresses/frames) were so very cheap and too thin. The bed frame bars dug into us and there was no comfort found. Beyond this, no basic amenities were offered, like hand soap. No soap or anything in the entire room… Cannot imagine who would extend their stay here. Front desk was non-existent so we couldn’t fix our situation.

Rooms have been renovated, but not super clean (there were the remnants of a white owl someone had freaked in the trash when we got there, walls slightly dirty, bathroom floor is peel and stick that is more Peel than stick, etc). Beds are very firm. Tv was very dim. Positives are quick booking and check in, tv had Netflix that you could log into, nice staff, easy parking, on-site laundry. Make sure you freeze your own ice in the trays because we couldn’t find an ice maker!

Find someplace else

I've stayed here a few times on the first floor and it was pleasant and clean. This time, I was put on the second floor and one of the ladies at the front desk was very rude to not only myself (because the key cards only work 50% of the time if you're lucky) and I had to have her re-do my card. The first night, the noise, rap music and arguing went on until 3:45am... when I would pound on the wall to have them quiet down, they'd turn the music up louder until I had to have someone go in the middle of the night to tell them to quiet down... I had to be up at 6 for work. The second night, there wasn't music next door, but banging, slamming and what sounded like a couple fighting and shoving each other around at 1am. I had someone ask me for money in the hallway...and then had an older gross lady ask me if I wanted to come to her room and "party"....and the entire hall reeked of weed and there were puppy potty pads in the hallway. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be staying there anymore.

Extremely disappointed!!!😞

Power went out about 15 minutes after getting here. I understand that they can't control that but they made absolutely no attempts to let me know what what was going on. When it finally came back on the heater no longer turn on, at all. Room was colder than being outside and it was hard to get a hold of anyone. Finally after dealing with this for almost 4 hours total I was finally switched rooms with one that the heat was function extremely disappointed considering I was staying at an extended stay in a different city and the room was actually cheaper than the one that I was currently staying in!! I did file a formal complaints but all I was told is that it would take up to 48 hours to hear back anything from my complete that doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling!!

The rooms have a full size refrigerator and stove top. Its clean. The early morning staff are kind of mean but its not like you need them much. Well hope not. The cable is cool. You can sign in to your streaming services on the tv in your room.
