Beautiful home, well equipped. Awesome patio with grill and fireplace. Only annoyance was the water heater in the twin beds room which could be loud when hot water is being used (minor concern). Also, wish instead of two twin beds it was a bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top (just a suggestion)

This place has the right idea with the proximity to palisade and amenities like the pool/playground which we utilized and kids enjoyed, and our stay was fine, but not great. There was a lot of road noise, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the cleanliness was livable but some gross areas. Also, the floor is polished concrete and is extremely slippery and there isn’t a single rug in the bathroom making it dangerous getting out of the shower, especially with kids. In fairness, we didn’t alert mgmt about these issues during our stay as it was short and most are not quick fixes. Hopefully they address these for the next visitor. I doubt we would stay again.

Nice place

Nice place to stay. Was a little unhappy that we couldn't let our dog run in the on property dog park (residents only).

This house is in a good location on the west side of town. It's fairly close to wineries, but a little further from downtown than I expected. Fortunately there is almost no traffic in GJ!The layout is great. The A/C, internet, etc. worked great. The pool area is very nice. And it's a very quiet location.Overall I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestions for the homeowner are:- The pillows are very flat, and down filled. Having thicker pillow options would be great.- The outside and windows could use a power wash. The wind causes cottonwood fluff and dust to accumulate on all the buildings in the complex.

Nice, not luxury

The home is bright and modern with great views from the large windows. The deep black night sky was filled with endless stars. The home decor is appealing, but the thought of staying here was much more pleasant than the actual experience. The furnishings are basic/low quality (IKEA-like). We found the master bed and pillows to be quite uncomfortable. The master has standard apartment like vertical blinds which provide zero room darkening. Road noise was also an issue.

We love western CO

Overall this property is super cute!!! We loved the house. It is the perfect size for a family and the location is great. Quite and safe area. Right between Grand Junction and Palisade. Easy access to all the things! We went everywhere from Main St., to the National Monutment,to the Mesa Lakes. Pros- All of the above. Private back patio with gas fire pit. Perfect for star gazing and having breakfast in the cool desert mornings. Two baths. Washer and dryer. We found the beds and pull out sofa comfortable. Pool, playground, and overall entire facility was cleanly and in good shape. Important info - in the welcome booklet its says guests are not allowed to use the dog park. We had plenty of area to walk them, and there are mutliple dog parks close to the property to take them to visit though. I gave the house a 4 our of 5 for cleanliness simply due to dust, insane ants in the back patio area, and the doors where hands touch. I took my own cleaning expertise and wiped down the doors/handles. I would have done this no matter what because of the profession I am in. The ants were bitey and overtook the area around the firepit. I believe this is due to the type of weeds that are growing there (they have a sweet-milky substance in them that ants love). Overall we LOVED our stay in this property and will definitely be back! 5 year old loved the windows everywhere and the 14 year old loved the basketball court and ability to walk the grounds. Pool was a huge plus!

Great property with good amenities

It was not far from the wineries, has a great patio with fire pit and well-equipped kitchen. Twin beds in the second bedroom with a bath were fine with us, othwise could have used sofa in main living area. Overall a a great location for our biking activities in Palisade area and Colorado National Monument.

Peaceful retreat near Palisade

My husband, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Blue Skies Casita. It is roomy, clean, modern....and located in a quiet area not far from Palisade and Clifton. The pool and gym were a plus! We would definitely like to return. Our only concern was the number of mosquitos in the area. Fortunately our host had left Deet....Next time I will bring my own mosquito spray!

Lovely Quiet Spot

We came in for the Peach festival. The location of this unit is in a quiet farm area, easy to get to downtown Palisade and I-70. The unit was very clean and the amenities were fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the patio area was so nice, we ate dinner outside both nights. Also, close to the Clifton nature trail. We will be back for sure. Also, our dog loved it too!! Shout out to Amy for her wonderful customer service.

Great stay, great layout!

My husband, mother, cousin and I recently stayed here for a weekend trip to Powderhorn Ski area. The location and layout of the house worked perfectly for us. Very bright, modern. Loved that it had two full bathrooms, TVs in every room, W/D and all enjoyed using the gas firepit on the patio. perfect for two-four people.

We enjoyed our stay

It is a nice nearly new home in a new subdivision with a clubhouse and a big pool which we enjoyed. There was a few small issues that were addressed very quickly by the management company. No problems there! The house includes covered parking which comes in handy to keep your car cool during the mid day sun in GJ. The furnishings are lower quality (Ikea possibly) and some screws need tightening. The bed frame in the master is pretty noisy when you move around, but the mattress is ok. We really enjoyed the patio area. It does get a bit hot in the afternoon with direct sun, but when the trees grow a bit that will resolve that. We enjoyed our stay.
