One elevator has been out of service for a long time. Staff were spread very thin. Hostess/waitress in the restaurant was AMAZING. Construction was initiated in both driveway entrances at the same time making it difficult to get in and out safely. Internet service was really bad.

Not Clean. We booked a King Room Suite with a Jacuzzi tub. When we checked in and went to our room it was dirty. Scuff marks on the walls, streaks & smears on the furniture, big soap scum smear on the shower glass, small hole/tear in the flooring, bed sheets VERY WRINKLED and generally not clean. Also the elevator floor was filthy! Looked like it had never been cleaned. I went back to the desk a wanted another room. They did NOT have another King Suite w/Jacuzzi. so we moved to another regular room. Still not very clean, but better. We were not impressed with the eating facility, and only ate there once! Also, one of the two elevators was not working. I enquired at the front desk when it would be fixed? Not for another MONTH! Not good! The Tiny indoor pool looked terrible. Murky water, we dared not to use it. The location was great, it was in walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The Lake was beautiful. Geneva was a cool town to visit. I'd like to go there again, but I would not book a room at this place.

Disappointed. So much potential.

The room was clean but needed updating. What lighting there was was poor and the bulbs were all off color. Some 2800k some 5000k. Not acceptable. That’s just laziness by the maintenance staff or the management. The bathroom definitely needed updating. The light was awful and dark. No body wash or shampoo. We even asked for some but they had none. The other odd thing was this was a handicap accessible room (not needed by us) but everything was normal height. No way it would work for someone in a wheel chair. Final thoughts. This is great location going to waste. Low on staff and needs a big update. I wouldn’t stay again for the price.

The property was pretty nice but the one elevator is very slow and the other was out of service and has been for some time, we used the steps most of the time. The fitness center had no wipes to clean equipment. The chairs outside were nice but most were covered with seagull droppings as well as goose droppings on the grounds. But it was super convenient for what we wanted and the restaurant was nice. The cost was reasonable.

Beautiful view of the lake, however the room was not as clean as it should be...lots of cobwebs in the light fixtures and around the windows. Furniture is sparse, outdated, and uncomfortable. Lots of scuff marks on walls and baseboards make the room feel uncared for. Only one elevator was working...no sign of anyone working to repair the other elevator in the three days of my stay.

I love the location, the hotel is nice but needs some maintenance. There is plumbing issues, one of the elevator is out of order for the last few weeks. No bottles of waters in the rooms, the room didn't get clean at all until you leave. I do not recommend to eat at the hotel's restaurant, the food didn't taste good
