Room was nice and newly remodeled but there were a few small issues. The a/c had a raffling sound , the body wash holder was in shower but empty, the coffee maker in room would not work. Clock didn’t work, Breakfast was very skimpy , 6-8 little sausages in a pan with omlets , juice machine was not working for all flavors. All in all not terrible but things could have been better .

I always wipe down my room when I arrive and dirt did not come off on my cleansing wipes, which shows it was cleaned well. My room was humid and so there sometimes was a smell of dampness. That would be my only negative about the room. Breakfast was great...same offerings each morning...waffle, potatoes, sausage, and eggs plus cereal, bread products, oatmeal and yogurt. I wish they offered more fruit. The only thing the property needs to work on is the pool. It was not swim-ready, not even stick your feet in-ready. Overall, quiet and clean with friendly staff.

The room had a stinky dirty smell. The toilet had poop stains and had not been cleaned. The tile around the shower floor was brown and nasty. I did not stay at the property- ended up going to holiday inn across the street and would like to request a refund.

We were traveling to Texas, and we were tired. It had been a long time since we'd stayed at a Best Western. We were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and very nice. The pool water was green, but we weren't going to be using it. The staff was great. Breakfast was ok....it's hotel breakfast. The lady working breakfast was very sweet. If we need to, we will stay here again.
