Unfortunate Stay

I came to Cloudcroft, per usual, to getaway and have a relaxing space. I usually choose the Grand Cloudcroft Hotel as it is a comfortable and great space to relax and unwind. However, I brought my dog and all we could hear are footsteps upstairs, kids running up and down the stairs (close to quiet hours), people talking in the lobby at 6 am. Needless to say it was not the trip I was looking for at a time I need most.

Nice little community. Easy to find trails to go hiking on in the area. The rooms were a bit warm even turning the heat down as low as it would go.

Great place - unhappy cook

Amazing place close to everything. This hotel is very cozy and offers 2 king size bed options; great for family trips. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only one that doesn't look thrilled to be there is the cook, seems bothered when you ask for food - other than that, it is very much worth it.

Very well kept and cozy property. It had a “lodge” feel and excellent staff. Central location in Cloudcroft, off of a well maintained central road. While breakfast is included, there is also a very nice restaurant next door. Very comfortable.

It is a brand new hotel. All modern decor and really nice features. The beds were very comfortable and really liked the 2 king size beds in the room. Convenient breakfast during weekdays. It also had a ping pong table that was fun to play.
