The lady at check in was wonderful and patient as I had to go ask several questions and an issue upon check-in. Not sure her name as she had no name tag on. Bathroom upon entering room had urine in it. Areas of bathroom around floor were either water stained or needing replacing. We had an adjoining room. We could hear the baby on the other side crying and the mom yelling at him to be quiet. Breakfast was not the typical taste we are used to at other locations. Eggs had something in them. Sausage had no flavor. Pool was perfect temperature. Nice view of the lake off the dining area and a place to go outside and sit and enjoy the view. Area was quiet. Close to restaurants and Walmart.

The beds were nice and clean along with the room itself being mostly clean. The morning breakfast was nice for a hotel. Pancake maker, multiple kinds of cereal, juices, milks, fruits, yogurts, cinnamon rolls, breads, and eggs bacon/sausage and biscuits and gravy. Overall a great stay close to the islands!

The rooms were outstanding! The beds were very comfortable and we would like to know where we can purchase the pillows haha! The only issue is the pool room. It’s very very slick and the hot tub is awkward to get to and from pool. Other than that very relaxing. We stay here quite often. Will always return. Staff is always the best.

Beds were very lumpy air in the room was very dry. We tried to use the hot tub pool area and it was full of kids and parents that didn’t make them behave. I tried three times to get breakfast and everything was always empty. Breakfast and the pool was why we paid more to stay but we didn’t weren’t able to take advantage of either. I wasted my money.

They’ll steal your money

I booked on hotels.com for a 2 bed queen suite with a pull out couch. Paid 190.98. When we arrived I was told they were out of that style room and we would need to go to a lower room (2 queen beds, NO pull out couch) we wanted the couch since there was 5 of us, but we didn’t really have another option. The front desk girl was nice and said she would only charge me 79$ plus tax (the paradise price) I agreed and we checked in. After checkout I noticed I was charged full price. I reached out to hotels.com several times and was told there’s nothing they can do. Even though when we checked in a signed a paper form agreeing to the 79$ Basically, I paid double what I should have and the hotel and hotels.com refused to make it right. I never asked for a full refund. Just wanted to pay what I was quoted. Anyway, the hotel got and extra 100$ out of me so hopefully this review can help someone avoid the same thing. When I checked out that morning I even asked the new front desk clerk what my total would be and was told that she didn’t know and couldn’t tell me. All around terrible experience.

They have comfy, clean rooms with friendly hotel staff. The pool was heated and breakfast was a decent continental style. I would stay again for a Put-In -Bay visit
