Check in had a hiccup in the reservation but the staff handled it all very well. The only downside for me, at any recent Holiday Inn stay is that the soap for the shower is a body wash, I prefer a bar of soap.

High price for low quality room. Sofa should be thrown out, when showering entire floor gets flooded. Poorly equipped - no facial cleaning cloths, no bag for your soiled laundry, no ice on main level, could not get luggage cart, no tv instructions. Add to that a high price, no breakfast and charge in case of incidentals and you have to wait up to 3 days to get back on credit card Never again.

Not the staff fault - but we had booked this hotel specifically for the pool. Unfortunately there was a BM accident in the pool and it was shut down due to cleaning and we were unable to use :(

We usually enjoy our stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food and room were good. I was disappointed in the pool this time. The water slides were only on in the evening and for some reason the water temperature was way too cold.
