Cabin 2 was lovely. Highlights were the view, hot tub, the comfortable beds and fluffy towels! The kitchen is accomodating but small, cooking parties would be snug. The outdoor decks upper and lower, provide plenty of leisure space. Photos of decor and cabin amenities are accurate. Communication with the host was responsive and clear. The cabin is close to many wineries and orchards, but we stayed local and kicked back in the 'off' season.

View from the cabin was indeed exquisite!! A very comfy quiet and private cabin for us and our baby. Well equipped and cozy rooms, kitchen, bathrooms. Fabulous hot tub! 15 minutes to Giant City State Park. We recommend Giant City Nature Trail & Rocky Bluff Trail easy and beautiful.

This cabin has the most stunning views! It was so nice to wake up and have breakfast while looking out the window and seeing the beautiful forest and the sky. The rooms were clean and tidy. I appreciate little things like having actual hand soap in the bathrooms. Thank you for a great weekend stay!

Great staycation!

We are from the area and wanted to stay in a local cabin. The view with this cabin was unbeatable. I caught myself staring out of the window most of the time. It felt like I was in another state! Be mindful if you plan to cook all of your meals there, the kitchen is very small and some utensils may be lacking, but we had everything we needed. The hot tub was great (even in July). Planntobstay there again with my in-laws soon!

Beautiful property with amazing scenery! Limited space for indoor social activities & meals, but we were prepared for this, the description was accurate. Only problem we encountered was bugs in the downstairs bedroom - we were not bitten, just inconvenienced. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Magnificent views, tranquil stay

We will be back!

This was a gem of a find! Kelly was an amazing host and gave us so much great information to help make our weekend. We hiked Giant City and Garden of the Gods, hit the wineries and breweries (go to Scratch in Ana!), hit up Boo Castle Park, and enjoyed lots of family/hot tub time at the cabin. The view is worth it alone. We will absolutely be back.

Getaway in S Illinois

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon in January 2025. The power went out a couple of times but the host was very responsive and took care of it as fast as she could. The view was awesome and we enjoyed the hot tub. The 2 story living was nice and we used the kitchen to cook some traditional polish meals. We were able to go to Mass in Cobden just a few minutes away.

Relaxing birthday getaway

The cabin was exactly as described and more. The pictures do no justice to the views there. The owner even brought a brand new card table and chairs to the cabin after my mother was chatting with her. The cabin is close to a ton of excellent trails, wineries, and activities. If you have a little, there is a fantastic new playground in Anna where you’ll need to go for gas/full grocery store
