Inside the house is loaded with games and activities including a billiards table, piano, foosball coffee table, and barrel 2-person arcade game. Step outside to enjoy your own private backyard including an outdoor kitchen with seating, deluxe BBQ, mini fridge, relaxing 4 person hot tub, corn hole, and a very zen-like atmosphere complete with an amazing outdoor shower with a bamboo surround. This charming and fun retreat offers you the ultimate getaway.
Ready to head to the beach? Grab the surf boards and beach gear and walk or ride the tandem bicycle. It's only a few blocks away to the beautiful and famous Cocoa Beach Westgate Pier with lots of activities, fishing, and surfing.
At the end of the day, you'll appreciate the comfortable adjustable beds to get a great night's sleep.

Cocoa Beach Serenity is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that has a unique layout with the main Serenity house having 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a separate Guest Suite on the other side of the house with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Both sides have their own kitchens. In the kitchens are connecting doors on each side that are just like the doors between adjoining hotel rooms. They allow access between the two sides of the house and feature a single-sided deadbolt on each door for privacy. You can leave the doors open for unlimited access to the entire house and guest suite, or keep them closed for more privacy.
A rental agreement is required.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Well appointed, great beds etc.

Unit worked well for us. It has a lot of extras. Pool table, games, comfy sofa with large T.V. Beds were outstanding, really high end, both bedrooms have a T.V. as well. It's an older home but bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen have been modernized. Private back yard is huge with nice outdoor furniture, and an amazing outdoor shower with hot water. Outdoor shower enclosed, walls are this tropical huge tree, just a magical setting! The road you need to cross to get to the beach is quite busy, and I recommend walking several blocks down to the traffic light to get across. This puts you at the pier which is a good place for swimming anyway as they have lifeguards. Check out great Middle Eastern Pita Paradise for dinner. We saw two space launches from the beach, host sent a reminder about launches which was appreciated. Teresa the host went above and beyond. Thank you, Teresa.

Adorable cocoa beach house!!

We were extremely impressed with how clean and beautiful the house was from the inside to the outside. There were tons of fresh towels and soap They had everything you would need for the beach. From beach towels to a Beach cart and beach chairs which was very helpful since we did not bring anything other than towels. The outdoor area was outdoor shower was such a unique touch. Also the address shower gets hot water which is definitely a plus after the beach when everyone is trying to shower! The kitchen had everything we needed as well!! Apart that impressed me a lot as well with that both beds in the house have Tempur-pedic mattresses that we’re adjustable. Let’s just say I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud!!! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at will definitely only be booking this from now on when we visit
