This beautifully designed and decorated completely remodeled 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom two-level home is perfect for any beach vacation! With a coastal boho ambience this home is perfect for large families and entertaining with all new furniture, completely stocked kitchen, and 7 Smart TVs. The large fenced in backyard with heated pool, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, ice machine, and outdoor fire pit is made for any getaway. You are located just 1/2 a block from the beautiful sandy beaches and walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants and Ron Jon for shopping! Also, with close proximity to the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Theme Parks and shopping, and Airports.

We loved having a heated pool after returning from the beach. Which was a short walk 5-6 minutes. We also like how the bedrooms were 3 separate areas and everyone could retreat if they needed some space. The kitchen was very well stocked. Communication between the management company was great. They contacted you before anything could go wrong.

We all loved this house. Great location with an easy walk to the beach, pier, and shopping. The private pool was a wonderful addition to our enjoyment. We spent a day at the Kennedy Space Center. My daughter and her husband went to Disney one day. An easy day trip. We ate several times at Port Canaveral. Great restaurant options. The whole family agreed this was our favorite VRBO ever!

Stop scrolling NOW! This is it!

This home is absolutely amazing! Our fam spanned 10mo-87yrs and the house suited everyone's needs! Bed & private bath on main floor for Mom; large bedroom upstairs with 2 beds for my son/DIL, their 2 young sons and baby (in a clean pack-and-play that was provided!) and everyone in between! The heated pool was perfect and there were so many floats and toys! The house is close to the beach. We used the grill to cook dinner two nights. We were in town for our daughter's wedding, as were many other relatives who visited us at this house. Everyone asked how we found such a great place! I seriously cannot think of anything that was missing! It was so perfect that I joked we were researching squatters' rights. We'd definitely stay here again, except that our daughter/SIL live on Merritt Island and have an extra bedroom! :)

A Great Stay by the Beach

We had a great family trip in Cocoa Beach. This home was perfect for walking to the beach, watching launches, walking to stores and restaurants, or driving to nearby attractions. The home had plenty of space for our family and was very well-stocked. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Our family loved this home! It was perfect for us! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Loved the upstairs with the flex space for the kiddos to hang. Awesome amenities - we especially loved the enclosed pool and outdoor kitchen area. Great beach close by - it had convenient parking if you have anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommend this home.

The PERFECT group/family house

Everything about this property was perfect! Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. We were three military couples from all over the US meeting together at this house for a week’s vacation. It was well equipped with even more than advertised. We weren’t missing anything. We just bought the food and drinks and were ready to go. It’s located perfectly with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is amazing! And we were located just 50 minutes from Universal Studios and 30 minutes from NASA. We even got to watch a space rocket launch from the beach. Honestly cannot review this property higher. If it’s available… rent it!

Great family vacation

The house is located conveniently to the beach and restaurants. Everything is close by. The house gave enough room for 8 adults and plenty of places to relax. The pool was nice and clean and enjoyed swimming every day. I would definitely return for another family trip there.

Such a great vacation

This house was everything we needed it to be! It was so clean (which is a big deal to me). It was set up perfectly for our family. Two of my sons have families and one doesn’t. The rooms were perfectly set up to accommodate the pool was amazing and the location was perfect!. I never got back in the car. We were walking distance to the beach, the pier and all the restraints and coffee you could want. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cocoa Beach.
