The hotel needs an upgrade! The room had ants (we didn’t have food in the room), tub was dirty, bathrooms are very compact, and there were missing paint and rust stains everywhere. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The front desk attendant was very nice and the lady in charge of house keeping (she said everyone knows to come to her but I forgot her name, sorry!), she has an amazing personality! The other room attendants not so great. They acted as if I was bothering them by asking for 2 additional wash cloths. My sister's room was just as bad and smelled like what she called, "sex on the beach". Just unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel, nor will I stay here again.

When I checked in to the property, Patrica at the front desk was very rude. I did not notice on the receipt that $10.08 would be due at the property, which is my fault, but she also insisted that I pay $50 for a fee in the event "I messed anything up" This is not disclosed on my receipt. Furthermore, she hung up on my office staff when they tried to call and ask for a supervisor.

Pros: The hotel has a trolley stop outside and it was very convenient and cheap way to get around the area. Room was nice size and bed comfortable. Several food options on property. Front desk professional and friendly. Cons: not elevator so you must carry bags up the stairs. I did not know this before I got there. I really was not expecting to drag my 3 pieces of luggage 15lbs up one flight of stairs.
