Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we will have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

Both units features a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, and a space saver futon that turns into a bed. Both apartments have been renovated identically to have a modern, yet comfortable, coastal feel, and the outside has been updated with a new outdoor deck/pergola, grills, patio, and beautiful landscaping.

This duplex is perfect for two couples traveling together or a family needing additional space. Quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile, and wonderful linens are what you will expect when staying with us. We equip the apartment with flat screen TV's, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and the most comfortable furniture/mattresses - Stearns & Foster luxury queen mattresses are in both bedrooms.

Although the units are beautiful, most importantly they are fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation and they are extremely clean. You will notice that common comment throughout our reviews. We have over 1,700 - 5 STAR reviews at AVA Cocoa Beach.

We have tried to think of everything we would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly enjoy your stay. You only need to bring minimal items to enjoy your beach vacation, because we ALSO provide: beach towels, beach bag, wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!

There is a private patio, which is wonderful for soaking in the Florida sun. We also have an outdoor shower, common area with a pergola, chat area and grills, as well as an onsite complimentary laundry room. A "Beach Items Shed" is onsite with chairs, wagons, coolers, and umbrellas. Starter coffee, shampoo, soap, and paper goods are all provided. Note: Security cameras are onsite in the common areas.

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).
