There is also a built-in desk/dedicated workspace, and a ductless heat pump (heater/air conditioner) specifically for this upstairs suite. The lower level has two bedrooms and a living space that is perfect for movie nights! Let your kids run around in the large fenced backyard, make delicious meals on the gas grill and enjoy them out back. Afterwards, take a dip in the hot tub under the night sky. Find relaxation and convenience in this quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with close proximity to downtown Coeur d'Alene!

This home is located on the North Idaho Centennial Trail, which will take you to the new, beautiful McEuen Park on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene just six short blocks west. The same short walk south will take you to Sanders Beach at the base of Tubbs Hill, where you can swim in the lake or picnic in the parks. Make sure to bring your golf clubs, as the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is one mile east of your front door. Come wintertime, the thrilling ski slopes of Silver Mountain Resort are just 36 miles east. And if you're bringing the kids along, you can make the easy 20-mile drive north to the famous Silverwood Theme Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
