The open-plan main living area downstairs features high ceilings, cool tiled floors, and plenty of natural light. It flows seamlessly out to a covered BBQ area that captures the winter sun — ideal for entertaining or winding down after a beach day. Enjoy modern touches including fast NBN broadband and Netflix on the large flat-screen TV.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, dishwasher, and even a fridge with an ice machine — making holiday meal prep a breeze. A private queen bedroom and third bathroom are also located on the ground floor, along with internal access to the double lock-up garage for added convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms and a second living space. The master suite includes a king bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite. The remaining bedrooms have built-in robes, and a family bathroom with a bath completes the upper level.
