Lovely Finca set in 12000m2 of land with olive and fruit trees. 30min from Malaga airport and 25mins from Marbella. Spacious and comfortable living area. Excellent fully equiped kitchen. Aircon in living area and all bedrooms. Large private outdoor areas with pool, seating and tables, dogs go free, sunloungers,yoga mats,table tennis table,outdoor draughts, practice tennis wall, bicycles, sunterrace and awnings.

Lovely villa & pool which is remote yet close to the shops & town. Around 30 mins to the nearest beach and 5 mins to a supermarket. The kids loved the pool & spent hours in it.

Finca de las Rosas stay

We had a lovely stay at Finca de las Rosas. The accommodation was absolutely fine for our needs, although I should mention that it had the appearance of being slightly’tired’. The bedrooms were great with very efficient air conditioning. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for a holiday villa, with every possible gadget, including 2 microwaves, air fryer, and what looked like a slow cooker. Plentiful utensils, and the food cupboards contained staples like oil, herbs and spices etc. the 2 bottles of water in the fridge were a nice touch also. The website claims it is a 10 minute walk to the town, for bars , restaurants etc. maybe directions would help, as ut took us 30 minutes to walk to the shopping centre of La Trocha which was the closest ‘civilisation’! There is no way the journey could be done in 10 mins! Plenty of restaurants at El Rodeo, another kilometre from La Trocha. We went there a few times by taxi, which at 15 each way for a 3km trip seemed very expensive, even by UK standards. The pool was lovely, and very clean. There is a note in the Villa to ask guests to top up the pool water level with the hose pipe. However, we were unable to get the valve/tap to work so we’re unable to top up the water.Bit of maintenance required around the pool regarding broken tiles, cement etc, but no doubt this will be rectified during the quiet season.Overall, the Finca was lovely, typically Spanish, and very comfortable. We would be happy to return

Lovely finca with everything you could possibly need. Loads of space, comfy beds, good showers and fab pool. Private and peaceful with beautiful views. Communication with Allan and Joan excellent.Hope to return

Peaceful location, Shops and restaurants nearby, wonderful nature all around, activities for children, lots of space. The house and surroundings are neat and clean! Very nice atmosphere. In our opinion, even more beautiful than in the pictures!

If you are looking to get away from it all, and still have the option to indulge in local tourism, this is the perfect spot. Rural yet central, quiet yet full of life. The house itself is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The attention from the whole team at your disposal (house manager, cleaning personnel, gardener, etc) is unmatched.
