Cottage Oltrebosco close to the beaches

In a a protected area next to Bay of Piona we have renovated a cottage located just 10 minutes walk only 600 meters from some of the most beautiful lakeside beaches. This cottage is surrounded by countryside, near few typical houses, right on the edge of the woods. In this stylishly renovated loft on the ground floor there is the living area with a couch, as well as an open plan kitchen and dining area with patio doors that open onto the garden. Off the living area there is the bathroom with a large shower and a window for natural light. Upstairs is the sleeping area with a double bed. Outside there is a small garden not fenced. The loft is in a strategic position for excursions and walks, just 10 minutes walk from beautiful beaches. We are out of the village, to reach the house part of the road, 1 km is not asphalted, steep and narrow in places, not availble for cars with a low profile.
The parking place is located about 50 meters from the property. There are two characteristic restaurants that can be also reached (1km) with a pleasant walk. Arrival from 4 p.m within 7 p.m. Departure within 10.00 a.m. You are kindly requested to comply the times of arrival and departure. At check in original Identity Documents will be required in accordance with the Italian Law. At check in guests are requires to pay Tourist Tax in cash equating Euro 1 per adult (over 16 years old) for the first 15 days as the Municipality Law. Pets are welcome, but the hospitality of pets always must be agreed so please let us know at the time of booking, we have also to inform you about some important information. For smokers we kindly request you not to smoke in the house.
