These lovely rental apartments in Tuscany are located on a plateau in the heart of the Chianti countryside at only 5 km from Colle Val d'Elsa, internationally renowned for the production of crystal glassware and art.








Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the residence was originally a medieval hamlet and has been renovated preserving the details of the original structures such as the staggered roofs, the porticoes, the terraces and the stone walls.



Inside these holiday accommodations are furnished in the typical Tuscan style with terracotta tile flooring, wooden beam ceilings and built-in kitchens.








A park extends among the individual holiday apartments, including a pleasant swimming pool (11x8 mt, open ca. middle May to 30th September, 140 cm deep), a solarium (10x10 mt) and a lovely lawn shaded by mulberry-trees, pines, oaks and cypresses.
