Apartment inside an old farm in the heart of the Dolomites, in Colle Santa Lucia, a village with ancient traditions linked to Ladin customs, traditions and culture, located at the foot of the Giau Pass along the path of the Marathon of the Dolomites, in a panoramic position.
The apartment has 4 beds, consists of kitchen / living room with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, private outdoor parking. Services: TV-SAT, free Wi-FI, washing machine, microwave, American coffee machine, sheets and towels. The decor is simple in a rustic style.

Beautiful Town and Flat

My husband and I were very comfortable in Cesa da Riz during our 2 week stay. Maurizio was very welcoming and gave us plenty of material about the surrounding area. The flat is big for 2 people, very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. It is well situated with plenty of walking nearby. The views are stunning. We appreciated the sun beds on the terrace to relax after energetic and rather steep walks in the Dolomites. Colle S Lucia is a beautiful little town and we enjoyed regular evening strolls after dinner.

Comfortable Stay in a Fantastic Location

Very well-proportioned, well-furnished and well-equipped apartment with fantastic views. Shop, bar and restaurant/pizzeria within two minutes walk. Lots of outdoor exploring on the doorstep and throughout the locality.

Atemberaubender Ausblick!

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit zweckmäßiger und liebevoller Einrichtung. Es fehlt an nichts. Großzügige Terrasse ( incl. Möbel ), Sonne von morgens bis abends und einen sehr weitreichenden Ausblick. Dorfkern ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Pizzeria vor Ort empfehlenswert. Vermieter ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend.
