Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

This is my new favorite hotel. I love the opportunity for social hour in the evening. The breakfast has great variety, something for everyone. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. In my two stays here, I have never noticed the sometimes annoying neighboring room noises like I have at other hotels.

I literally checked out of a different hotel absorbing that cost just so I could check into the Drury and sleep somewhere comfortable, nice, and affordable. The staff was outstanding. The rooms were amazing. I found my College Station home away from home now.

I stayed at Drury hotels (college station). I would like to get the refund for my stay for two day. I checked in on Oct 13th and checked out Oct 15th,2025. My problem is that,, the air conditioning was not working. It seems that the battery is out. For 1st night,the room temperature was too cold (71 degress.), So, I tried to increase the temperatue more than 10 times, using thermostat. But, it didn't work. I called the front desk about this. But, they told me that I should set the thermostat. They didn't send the electrician. I had the same problem for two nights.. I couldn't sleep for both nighst. When I checked out today, I talked to De Anthony. He is the clerk, workig at a front desk. He told me that due to the staffing issue, there is only one people at night. That's why they were not able to send the electrician. Presumably, the air conditiner at my room (room # 521) was out of order. Or. the battery was dead. Due to this reason, I would like to get the refund for my stay. Please let me know your thoughts on this.
