VILLA BACI - URBINO AREA

The large property is located near the town of Pesaro and San Marino, from where, within just twenty minutes drive, you find yourself on the beautiful sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. Villa Baci is ideal for large family reunions or large groups of friends.

The villa is divided into two houses and a dependance. It offers two swimming pools and large outdoor areas.

VILLA 1 – Sleeps 8+6
Here, we find a small chapel, consecrated to San Rocco; a large lounge area with central fireplace and equipped with sofas and tables. There is a dining room and living room with TV. From the living room area, we can access the cellar, via a glass door. The villa also has a large kitchen (equipped with fridge, freezer, electric slicer, electric oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) which opens onto the terrace.

On the first floor, we find another living area with fireplace, vaulted ceilings and sofas. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms: one double bedroom with vaulted ceiling and en-suite bathroom with bathtub; one bedroom that can be either double or twin with a ladder that takes you up to a mezzanine area where we can find a double sofa bed and TV and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink; one large suite with a living area with double sofa bed and guest bathroom with toilet and sink, a ladder that takes you into a mezzanine area where we find the sleeping area consisting of either a double bed or two single ones; one bedroom with a double sofa bed, staircase that leads up to a mezzanine area where we find another double or twin beds, and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, small fridge, satellite TV and hairdryers.

VILLA 2 – Sleeps 22+1
On the ground floor we find a living room with fireplace surrounded by sofas, dining area and separate kitchen that opens into the garden. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, table and chairs for dining both indoors and outdoors, washing machine. The sleeping area consists of: one bedroom with access from the outside, double or twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower; one bedroom with double or twin beds, bathroom with shower suitable for disabled.

On the first floor, we find seven further bedrooms: one bedroom that can be double or twin, with en-suite bathroom with bath tub; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with a mezzanine area equipped with two more single beds and sofa and with an en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with an additional single sofa bed (here, there is the possibility of adding an extra single bed) and en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with the possibility of adding another single bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with shower.

The whole villa is equipped with air conditioning.

ANNEX – Sleeps 2
Located next to Villa 2 and the pool, it offers a large room with doors that open onto the terrace, a double bed, kitchen corner (with fridge, small electric hobs), table and chairs and bathroom with shower.

Outside this villa, we find the first private swimming pool (11x6m; 1.4m deep) with sun lounges and outdoor seating areas, games area for children (equipped with slide, swing, multipurpose pitch with five a side football, tennis and basketball) and barbecue area.
The second swimming pool (12x6m; 1.4m deep) is also equipped with a hydro massage corner, sun lounges and umbrellas.
