Très bon accueil de Frédéric. Appartement très bien situé et bien entretenu. Mais il est nécessaire d’envisager l’installation d’une climatisation car semaine la plus chaude de l’année. Prévoir 50 € pour une semaine de parking pour le véhicule.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Angaben des Vermieters. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war sehr angenehm, es gibt überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren. Der Ort ist sehr schön, allerdings sehr touristisch.

PROBLEME DE PARKING

bon séjour dans l'ensemble , appartement conforme à la description , sauf bémol , il y a pas de " PARKING " donc prévoir quand même abonnement pour le parking de 50 euro pour la semaine et même pas sur de trouver une place ... résultat 2 heures par soir pour se garer . si vous voulez être tranquille il faut pas bouger de collioure ... sinon assai proche de la plage et des commerces . je recommande quand même se logement .

Appartement extrêmement bien équipé (vaisselle, électroménager, jeux , livres, dvd, tout le nécessaire d'entretien,...) idéalement situé (à peine 200 m de la plage). Mention spéciale à Frédéric qui a su rendre notre séjour agréable et un grand merci pour la mise en place de ventilateurs pour nous qui ne sommes pas habitués à la chaleur. Bon a savoir : Il existe peu de places de stationnement gratuites (Frédéric saura vous les indiquer) qui peuvent être rapidement prises d'assaut, surtout si vous rentrez tard le soir. Mieux vaut donc prévoir un petit budget parking au cas où. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
