This charming two-bedroom apartment, fully renovated in summer 2019, is located just steps from the old town, near the famous Unterlinden museum. Located on a quiet street, you will find restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk. Practical and cozy, this apartment is ideal for spending a good stay in Colmar alone, as a couple, with friends, on a weekend, vacation or for work.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
The apartment is located across from a bar, unfortunately, we had to note that you can of course hear some noise during the bar's operation. But the city center is also very lively and anyone who rents an apartment in the city center should expect it not to be as quiet.

Colmar, city of art, history, and heritage: Despite the vagaries of a tumultuous history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center, which, classified as a "safeguarded sector", has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the House of Heads (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.
Colmar's religious art is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church, are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great simplicity.
Strolling through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colors... Walking along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, formerly the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".

This apartment and all common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a €250 additional cleaning fee.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of 30€ per animal, per stay, with prior request.
Bed and bath linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathroom.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
