This accommodation is ideal for a stopover in Colmar, a weekend, or vacations with family or friends. You can enjoy its ideal arrangement for a work stay.

🌃Colmar, a city of art, history, and heritage: Despite the vagaries of a tumultuous history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center, which, classified as a "safeguarded sector", has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the House of Heads (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.
Colmar's religious art is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church, are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great simplicity.

🧹 Bed and bath linens, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathroom facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
