Nice room, good size, convenient location. Problems with heating that I could not get help with. Soap dispenser broke off the wall during the night, waking us up with a loud noise. Breakfast and gym were excellent.

The room had smell of cigarette. Size of the rooms are small. One of the staff used our room number in the Pigeon Post and ordered a lot of alchohol the incident happened after my boyfriend went to ask for utensil. They had my name and room number in the receipt but signature clearly shows someone elses name. Also whoever wrote my last name mispelled it. Receptionist on our checkout said that the customer writes name and room number and only the staff could know my name and room number to use in the restaurant. Very odd because we dined out the whole time and I never stepped in the restaurant. Such a bad impression since they are using customers info which fraudulent and unsafe. I hope the hotel could investigate this.

Great stay!

Nice welcome and room was pleasantly large. Fridge and coffee/tea was welcome (though not stocked so reliably). Breakfast was great, even when busy. Staff super helpful when leaving very early (4am) for flight. Room view was nice and enjoyed the Dom!
