Great location.

This is an older building that does not have A/C. Very hot in the room. The location next to the train station is great. The staff were very helpful. Just be awair that this is a budget hotel, and set your expectations accordingly.

The location of the hotel is absolutely outstanding. The room was spacious and comfortable, and from the moment I arrived, Ms. Vanessa was incredibly helpful. She provided me with all the information I needed and made sure I had everything for a pleasant stay. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference. Highly recommended!

Very centrally located, room and bathroom was clean and had air conditioning. Unfortunately some of the staff members were very rude, shouting aggressively if you went to the elevator without speaking to them first, even if they were mid conversation with customers. I get they’re trying to be security conscious but I found it aggressive and rude and happened various times throughout my stay. Housekeeping are also very loud and shouting down the corridors to each other from 9am so it’s not possible to sleep in late. Overall, good value for what it was but the staff were poor

The hotel is adjacent to the main train station and DOM, so its location would be hard to beat. The breakfast buffet could be better, so a morning meal at the train station might be a better option. I also wish the hotel had a better wifi connection, an ice machine, and a laundry room where guests could do their own washing and drying. There is no laundromat in the immediate area.

The rooms are small - think dormitory small. They were reasonably clean but the carpet on the stairwell was gross. The lift: tiny and slow. The location, while near the station, is noisy with buses and drunks consistently disrupting any night’s sleep. To cap it off - the line receptionist locked the main doors while off ‘doing something’ so several guests couldn’t even get access for over 10 minutes. Over-priced as well. Avoid.

Great hotel, very close to the train station and Colonge Cathedral. Although very sketchy people walking around at night and yelling. Felt alittle unsafe, but thankfully the hotel was super close to the station and we managed without any issues.

The hotel was basic but nice and clean , bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and duvet not so warm and fluffy . Reception staff were very pleasant. Located very close to shops and old town . Photos on the website are quite deceptive as the exterior of the hotel is quite drab !
