The room was clean but the mattresses were so hard and there was only one pillow each! The reception staff were very accommodating though. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Clean room. Comfy beds. Clean modern bathroom with great shower. Snack bar expensive. Bar was cash only which seemed strange! Didn’t have breakfast.

Staff were not particularly helpful and actually gave me false information. The gentleman on the overnight shift was very friendly and helpful more so than the gentleman on reception.

Staff were incredibly short, sharp and rude to all customers who were in line waiting to check in, got checked into our "family" room which was that small we had nowhere to store suitcases and couldn't walk in the room without stepping sideways next to a wall. Pillows were as flat as pancakes, went to reception to ask for extra and it was way harder to get extra pillows than it needed to be. Hopped in the shower and was full of black mold.

The breakfast menu was fine except it was not evident how to make a cup of tea! Too complex with metal strainers and loose leaf tea. Us English need an easy cuppa in the morning! Just get some tea bags and make it easier!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are smaller than expected. There were some spider nets hanging from the ceiling lights and I took some pictures. The armchair and ottoman were dirty.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast buffet is very good. A bit of a walk to the train station. Rooms are small but comfortable. Close to a major shopping centre and to the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants.
