Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out by 11 am, take off all used flat linens, fitted sheets, and pillowcases. Put them on the bathroom floor. Leave duvet covers on unless dirty. Leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor
Close all windows, blinds, and all doors. Please check that the fridge door is closed. Clean all dishes, empty the kitchen sink. Cover BBQ &move back near the house.
Put trash in outside trash can, and put the can near the street. Summer Season: Set the A/C to 85⁰F. Winter Season: Set the heater to 65⁰F. Report damages or issues immediately

Lovely and clean space. Easy checkin, quiet location but close to everything we wanted. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Loved the screened in porch! Would book again.

We will definitely be back! The house was clean and comfortable and the space around it was beautiful and quiet. We stayed over a long 4th of July weekend with our two kids and we all enjoyed our time there. The appliances were new and high end, the beds were really comfortable, and the proximity to the water and other nearby towns was perfect. My kids loved the bunk beds. I loved the sun room, as it provided a quiet, peaceful, and pretty place for my morning meditation practice. It was a good size for our family of four. Even though my kids have grown past the need for a potty seat, I appreciated the hosts storing one (as well as little kid books and games) because it’s the kind of thing you might forget to bring and it can make things easier for parents. My only two wishes for next time would be to stock face towels in addition to body towels and give the back yard a quick mow. Thanks, Hosts!!

Exactly what we needed.

Sisters trip

Great property! Only desire was for more comfortable mattresses in the two larger beds- loved the bedding! One sister left her pour over coffee carafe top and I texted to see if they found it and haven't heard back yet.
