The home was immaculate and very well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies, appliances and linens. Between the pool, putting green, beach and playground, there was plenty to do for the adults and the almost 4 year-old and 15-month-old grandchildren. Nearby the Westmoreland State Park was a wonderful place to spend a day and the grandchildren loved the train museum/store in town.Matt, the host went above and beyond in terms of answering our many questions. My wife had a leg brace on for her fractured patella and needed to keep her leg perfectly straight, so we asked Matt about benches on the boardwalk and he actually checked the availability of benches and told us where on the boardwalk they were located.We can’t recommend this home in Colonial Beach enough.

This property has it all: Location, Locationr walk to dinner and night life, a nice play ground and a block from our favorite CB Church. The property has top of the line finishes and great amenities: Fluffy bath towels you can wrap around your body. .Soft, multi ply "poopie" paper. Our "grands" were so excited to find "fun" toys, and they wanted to put them away for the next guests. Color palate was warm and comforting, just like our home. Great place for a family visit.

This is one of the best beach houses I’ve stayed in. The rooftop was the best part of the place to sit n chill!!
