This cute, classic, charming, fully independent basement level unit offers a comfortable, simplified interior, everything you need (and nothing you don’t). Enter through a fully independent separate entrance located from the side yard and down the small flight of stairs. After parking on the street and entering with the key-code provided at check-in, you’ll be greeted with a spacious and functional open-floor plan concept. This main living and space is open, bright, and inviting with a lot of extra room for games or movie nights. A table for 4 sits in it's own dedicated space in the kitchen; off to the side of the front door, an alcove containing a desk and work light makes for a practical, out-of-the-way workspace to get some work done during your stay (if you must)!
Continuing beyond the entry dedicated work space to a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and TV complete a relaxing living area. Across from the living space is a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cupboards and storage space — perfect for a cozy evening cooking session! The master bedroom sits on the far wall, and is beautifully furnished with two wood nightstands and aspen wall art to complete the atmosphere. The den sits adjacent to the kitchen, and hosts one bed, two nightstands, and wall art in a similar mountain theme — both bedrooms are fully appointed with fresh, quality linens.
The unit’s single bath has everything you need, and fresh towels are ready and waiting on the side of the tub. Venturing out the back, travelers will appreciate a spacious backyard and patio setup (complete with grill!) — perfect for stargazing under clear Colorado skies. A washer, dryer, and other laundry necessities are available for guest use also. Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire basement unit with separate entrance from the sideyard. The back yard/patio is a shared space with the upstairs unit.

* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
*This is a downstairs unit with a shared outside fire pit and patio furniture.
* Garbage bins stay on the side of the road.
* Home Has central AC and Mini Split Wall Fans as well as baseboard heaters
* Must cancel or modify stay 24 hours before check in day not check in time.
* Pet rules:
Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the home.
All dogs must be on a leash in the backyard when both units are occupied or when arriving or leaving the property.
Charges for excessive pet hair removal from linens, bedding, or furniture charged by housekeeping will be passed on to guests.
No excessive barking or noise shall be allowed. If there are complaints, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
Pick up all waste from your pets immediately and dispose of it properly. If there is pet waste left after your stay, you will be charged for the cleanup.
