Located in Colorado Springs near Monument, this 2-bedroom guest unit has a lot to offer, a country feeling within arms' reach of all the comforts of living in a city. The unit has 2 bedrooms ( each with its own TV and a queen bed), 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and your own covered patio with a six-person hot tub.
The serene atmosphere of the property provides a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the area. We'll be available via phone to answer any questions while you stay at our place. A jetted tub and fire pit are a treat for the cold Colorado nights. The kitchenette is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, china, and everything you will need to feel right at home during your stay. Nice place. A little noise from upstairs but would be normal for an apartment style. Didn’t realize there was no washer or dryer, but I just didn’t pay attention to that in the listing. Good location and friendly host.

Would Book Again!!

Safe neighborhood, great host, cozy space. Rated cleanliness a 4 due to the dishes we used weren’t found in the cleanest condition and the sponge we had to use to clean our dishes was not fresh. Otherwise happy with the cleanliness. Only other complaint is the minimal sound barrier between the other living quarters. Overall tolerable.
