It was easy to reserve and find the property. I appreciated the location next to the Fountain Creek trail system and the view! Amenities such as coffee in the foyer, microwave, fridge, and hot beverage supplies and coffee maker in the room were available and appreciated. My room, however, wasn't very clean when I arrived. It appeared the bedsheets had not been changed, though the bed was made. I found hair, mascara bits, and soil on the sheets. Sheets were changed promptly when I requested, but the room could use a good scrubdown overall.

Stay here clean, great staff pool and hot tub!

I have stayed here twice in the last 2 months an I have been very pleased with them. Check in goes fast when I arrive. They have informed me about what the property has there for the guests. When I leave I drop off key at front desk with person there an I am always greeted by staff all the time. I will continue to stay there when I’m going that direction. The place is clean, nice, affordable a the location is great. If you get a chance stay here an enjoy it. They also have a indoor pool and hot tub. An good breakfast too.

The good, the bad and the ugly

Our beds had crumbs in them. The hairdryer shorted out the outlet and stopped working. The GFCI outlet wasn't functioning or able to be reset. When asking for more cream at the coffee station, the night attendant said they didn't have any which was untrue as I saw a delivery that morning where the kitchen staff unloaded several large boxes. He just didn't want to help us. The hot tub was so dirty, when the jets were on, it bubbled and you saw the dirt rise to the top of the bubbles. There was a lady at the front desk and aady in the kitchen that were amazing and kind. Would return just for them.

This was the perfect stay for me and my son who is a brand new soldier stationed at Fort Carson. I was able to book a room late at night with no issues after we made a 24 hour drive from Georgia! The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed.
