This little place is excellent for a single person looking for me time or a couple seeking a cozy love nest. Someone commented on it being a garage and it's a noisy area. Although it's a remodeled garage, it was beautifully done! It's basically a studio apt, with your own entrance, back patio, parking and everything you need for a getaway. It's located in a somewhat busy area, so you do hear the flow of traffic and the occasional people who walk by from other areas, but at no point was I concerned about my safety or my property. The host is very communicative and very accepting of feedback. Necessities are mostly in the area and major attractions are about a 15/20 min drive. This is definitely a place that when I'm in springs I'll look this place up first!!!

To many interruptions

Tile floor cracked in bathroom by the shower, you can hear the street cars in the evenings and morning, someone try to come in claiming they where the plumber and the owner said they never send anyone, someone crashed there car into the propert fence while I rented there, they started laud construction on property while I was there. Horrible over all experience

Be cautious of the neighborhood

Nice inside but pretty sure this is a converted garage. I wish I could post pictures of neighborhood where this VRBO is located. Witnessed a drug deal right outside the front door. Be prepared to staying in an area where the fentanyl crisis is taking place.

Great Location - Perfect for 2 Adults

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and stocked with useful items. It was perfect for the two of us as we had plenty of room. We did a lot of hiking on our trip and this place was only about 20-30mins away from all of our adventures! Tons of food and grocery options near by! Thanks again!

For my husband and I visiting for Air Force Graduation and a wedding, it was fine. It is located on a busy/noisy road, so I was thankful to have the noise of the air-conditioner.
