Family-Friendly Mountain Retreat — Peace, Space & Wildlife!
Escape to a slice of mountain paradise! This spacious, family-friendly vacation home offers plenty of room to stretch out, relax, and reconnect. Nestled in a peaceful mountain setting, you'll enjoy quiet mornings, fresh alpine air, and panoramic natural beauty.

Wildlife roams freely through the property — and if you're lucky, you might spot Rudy the bear making a friendly appearance!

**PLEASE READ**

•Renters must be 21 years old to rent property.

•Absolutely NO large gatherings or parties allowed.  

•Absolutely NO open fires are allowed. The risk of wildfire in the area is too high.  If we see evidence of any fire, there will be a $250.00 fine.  

•Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

•No shoes in the house.  There are a lot of wild things out there, and we wish for them to stay out there. Please drop your shoes by the door. 

•Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors.

•Take pictures with Rudy the Bear, but please leave him in his home; he's very happy there. Should you choose to take him with you, he comes with a $50 adoption fee.
Make yourself comfortable in this cabin, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.
