For the price, this was a great stay. Room was newly remodeled, and very clean. The neighborhood had some rough spots but no one bothered us. Owners were very kind. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would stay again for the price.

My room had the best TV of any hotel room i've ever been too which was really surprising considering this is a budget motel. Really impressed with the TV situation and everybody had already loaded their accounts on the TV so you could use their amazon prime no need to login to my own. There was 2 guys who appeared to be living in a creepy van with a cat inside which had my wife paranoid. Maybe they were staying at the motel but they were transient. They did not bother us but it is weird. The lady at the front desk did not seem to be friendly but gave us 2 gift snack bags which we gave to our kids. I have never gotten gifts like this from even fancy hotels. We appreciated it. Shower and bed was nice. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Sweet little motel. Nice owners/staff. Lots of personal touches. It could do with some updates but it is well kept and cared for. Bed was comfortable and little gift bag with snacks provided. Convenient. We walked to dinner. Eclectic but fun area. We would stay again.
