Clean hotel and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. All the staff is great, from the general manager, front desk, to breakfast attendants. Good breakfast. Parking garage has some covered spots. Pool and hot tub was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very clean! The bed was extremely comfortable. It's a great location between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. They have a good breakfast buffet with a wide variety - but mostly the man and woman who run the buffet were so friendly and hard working!! Even though I easily give this motel a high rating, I have a couple suggestions. An upgrade on the toilet paper and tissue would be welcomed! The stuff that is there is terrible. The towels are also very thin. But more importantly, if you are staying on the first floor, the noise of the heavy dining room chairs scraping back and forth on the floor is unbelievably loud and annoying from 6:30am on. A simple fix would be leg "slippers" on the chairs. Other than that, I highly recommend this motel!
