Lovely place. While the breakfast has just 2 varieties and it repeats every alternate day, but the stay was pleasant, close to places like garden of the gods, pikes peak etc, evening shopping, free parking and most importantly considerate staff, who took our request for extended checkout. Would love to come back again.

we were promised a crib weeks before our check in time. I called the hotel directly. We get there and no crib. Staff has no idea if they have a pack and play. The representative was unhelpful and treated us like our reservation didn’t matter because we booked through Expedia. The noise level in the rooms are wild and our next door neighbor was blaring music making the wall in our room vibrate. I called the front desk and that same representative was unhelpful again. It took close to 30 minutes for any action to be taken with the loud music. Do not recommend for families with young children.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Manitou Springs was excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect after a long day exploring the area. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was fresh, the location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and safe.
