It is a new hotel and had a very low per room rate to get guest to stay. Rooms are nice, clean and new. So can’t complain about these things. But the hotel restaurant took over 10 minutes to be greeted by the waitress. Then another 1/2 hour to get our drinks and over 2 hour to get food. The restaurant was only half full so this shouldn’t have happen. I blame bad management. Most of the staff were standing around and talking. Food and drinks are overpriced. If you stay here, eat somewhere else. You’ll save half your dining money. This isn’t a hotel we’ll stay at again.

What I look for the most in an hotel is cleanliness and this hotel was exceptional. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel so I can’t go into details about the property but the time there were 2 restaurants that were closed the whole time because they only open certain days. There was one restaurant that was opened but this wasn’t a deal breaker for me because there’s ton of restaurants in the area. There’s a spa and flight simulator that was awesome. Overall this place is excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone. 10 out of 10!

A new property located just off I25 at the entrance to the Air Force Academy. Wonderful mid-century modern / flight inspired decor. Book the Mountain View room rather than City View (view of interstate). Food service options are limited on Sunday and Monday. Flight simulator options are great!

We loved the Polaris, staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean, bed was comfortable and everyone was welcoming and nice to our puppy who is only 5 months old. We are impressed and content with our stay. We will definitely back and do recommend this hotel to everyone else.

Views and atmosphere are amazing.

Brand new, special vibes, hustle and bustle. We went on a Saturday date night here. Great views everywhere. We could see how we could enjoy this place with our kids as well as a couples date night to enjoy the aviator bar upstairs. We had a few hiccups, originally sent to a dirty room, but they immediately fixed that. And the coffee machine wouldn’t work to a new machine. Rooms are very comfy and cozy. It does appear they are dog friendly- at one point we heard a dog bark before our dinner reservations, but never during the night.

We absolutely loved our stay. We wish we had more time to spend but we had a great look around and saw the entire facility. Our son is at USAFA and it was so convenient to stay as close as possible. Look forward to another stay and hopefully get to see the visitors center completed.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were immaculate. We got a couples massage at the spa after we checked out. The spa was on the level of a five star hotel. The massage was great and the spa’s facilities were outstanding. I definitely recommend this hotel and if possible visit the spa. I will return again

Beautiful new hotel with amazing amenities! We frequent CS driving back and forth from TX to MT and this was a great hotel for us. We have two small dogs, it is pet friendly. They gave us dog treats, a water bowl and a toy for the dogs. The lobby bar is great and we enjoyed dining at Pamela's. They were able to get us in last minute. The bed wasn't super comfortable but the room was cozy and it was a great price.
