It's a very new, spacious and well-appointed hotel with unique features, great views on one side and friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, though I was only crashing there and spending most of my time with family nearby. Would love to visit again and try the flight simulators! A note to anyone with mobility issues or who is a little tired in the thinner Colorado air: the only bank of elevators is at the far end of the structure, so some rooms will require more of a hike than you might expect.

Highly recommend. Gorgeous newer property. Very swanky with AF touches. Mountain View room at sunset are a bonus. Outdoor heated pool with family friendly activities including chess, ping pong, jenga and bocce ball. Also beautiful fire pit as you peer out at the mountains and AF academy.

It is a nice hotel visually, but the service was disappointing given the price. In-room coffee maker was not functional. Guest Services was an unhelpful, noncommittal AI bot. Front desk staff was indifferent.

The checking staff and doormen - Bill -made me want to return again to Polaris. However, the bar restaurant service was not pleasant. I waited so long to be asked for my order and then waited even longer for my order that other customers tried to help the bartender by bringing to his attention that I was waiting to be attended and served food. The view from our room was absolutely stunning - and again Bill made my 82 year old mom, my Chiweenie and I feel at home with his welcoming conversations, suggestions for places to go in the area and super accommodating offers to help us.

The only negative was the club lounge did not have food as advertised, Other than chips, granola bars and nuts, there were no other offerings. The happy hour wine and beer was nice and a credit voucher for Pamela's brunch made up for it.
