We did valet during our stay, which Expedia valet prices not the same as on site but other than that everything was good the gym was working properly. We also got in a hot tub and Danielle was very nice and helpful at the Front Desk

Great downtown pick for CS

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in a long time!!! The washer dryer being located on 7th floor worked but I had to go downstairs 3 times to get change, then machine took too many quarters to start. The staff were all - yes I mean all- very friendly and super helpful. I eat fairly clean food and prefer healthier options for breakfast, but their coffee was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this location ….I walked to dinner with lots of options and got some shopping done a couple of streets over. If you are in the area stay here….you won’t be disappointed.

Very safe! I would warn you, if you have never been to downtown Colorado Springs, be prepared for paid parking. I highly suggest using the parking meters as it seems to be the most cost effective! The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the pool was great! There are plenty of places to eat or grab dessert nearby (within walking distance).

When I checked in, I was informed that I was booked for two rooms and that my credit card had been charged. I called, and a Hotels.com representative said she only saw one room charge. With these conflicting accounts, I became very anxious about being overcharged. I am unclear how this confusion occurs. I would like an explanation.
