Nice work trip to COS.

Very comfortable stay, small lighting issue with initial room but front desk came immediately to help and moved me to another room. Location is great, walkable to lots of restaurants. As others have said the valet is a little pricey but I was able to park in public parking directly in front of the hotel both nights for free (free parking 8p-8a). I did have to pay a few dollars when I was their earlier in the evening. I could see my car from my room. No safety issues, building is locked and elevator requires a keycard. Pool and hot tub were nice after a VERY cold couple days in COS. Breakfast was good, lots of options, pretty standard food options. Would stay again.

Nice stay. We happened to overlap with a gymnastics group so the common areas were packed and quite dirty due to the masses. Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Location was great for walking downtown.

Danielle the manager was an outstanding personnel. She went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and awesome. Danielle was genuinely caring . I will stay there anytime I am in Colorado Springs. The free breakfast was a full menu. The room was clean and the hot tub pool area was phenominal. I rate this a 10plus. Affordable too. It says 3 star but i compare it to a 4 star.

The Hyatt Place Downtown was amazing. The free breakfast outdid most local restaurants. The amenities were great. I cant brag enough on this hotel. And the price was remarkably reasonable. The manager Danyel was a Godsend. She was so polite. So helpful.. and sincerely nice. I travel often and I was not used to such wonderful hospitality. I will be staying there again!

I enjoy using the fitness facility, but I would love to be able to have access to a sanitizer spray or wipes. I am not sure when the equipment is getting sanitized?

This facility is right downtown and some of the area is sketchy. I did walk several blocks alone at night and the homeless did not approach me.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Convenient to some cool stuff downtown- restaurants, museums, etc… but lots of homeless people throughout the area. Hotel is also right next to the city bus station, which is good and bad too.

No parking

It's not very often that you find a hotel with absolutely no parking. They offer expensive valet parking but other than that you have to pay at a meter to park on the street. Paying the meter was annoying and if you went anywhere you would lose your spot. I know it's my fault for not paying attention but it's pretty rare for a small town hotel not to have parking.

The property was downtown Colorado Springs. Our rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing! the only thing that stunk was there’s no free parking but the location was convenient to shop, and eat. All around great experience.

The only negative was the breakfast food was ice cold at 7:00 am( start of breakfast)- eggs, oatmeal, sausage, etc. the hot items were out on the warmer, but like they were just put there.
