Bad front desk service

Picked a room with double queen beds and a sofa bed. Checked in and tried to confirm my reservation was correct. Front desk attendant mentioned a single queen. I told him my reservation was for two queens. Tried to show him my reservation but it didn’t matter. Proceeded to take luggage upstairs…. This was all after 11 pm since we were traveling. Room only had a single king bed. Called back downstairs and was told to exit the existing room immediately and not disturb it. Had to go backstairs and get new keys for the room that I had reserved. Room ended up being 4 rooms down front the original wrong room. I have a partially torn Achilles tendon and did not appreciate the mix up. We had to pack up and bring luggage all down and then back up. Zero customer service. On another note our valet was great!

Overall this was a great place. The only negative for us was they had apparently oversold the double queen rooms and so the room we booked wasn’t available when we arrived. We ended up having to take what was available and our child had to slee on the sofa the first night and then pack up and move rooms the second day. That was annoying. Otherwise everything was good.

Great hotel!

Pros: Very clean, comfortable, rooms are large, breakfast was delicious each morning, amenities were great. Cons: front desk women seemed bothered if you asked questions. Not friendly or hospitable. Parking is $36 a day. Beds were very soft.

The room was okay. It seemed a little dated. The beds were too soft for me. One of our beds had a dip in it. The area was also noisy at night with cars revving up their engines. It's in a convenient location but also directly across from a bus station that had homeless people. Breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly.

The property was fine - room was nice and clean. It was downtown which presented opportunities to find walkable food options. Also meant limited parking amenities which made paying for parking a must regardless of what option you choose.

Loved the rooms and cleanliness. Location downtown to everything. The parking garage/homeless traffic was heavy across street of hotel. I’d recommend using the valet service. Nothing at fault of hotel, hotel itself was top notch
