Room was good. Variety of pillows would be nice for those not a fan of feather pillows. This location was difficult to figure out where to park and how to even get n in the place. Better signage would be helpful. Staff was not very friendly on check-in.

Great location, good to know about valet ahead of time ($32 nightly) or next door parking garage has parking for $1 a hour . Or in front of hotel (15 parking spots) are free at night , and $1 a hour during the day.

The initial valet service member was extremely rude as soon as I said I wanted to check my car in with him. He sighed heavily multiple time and was very short when speaking with me. The hotel inside was very nice. However, we went to eat at the restaurant that was at the bar and both nights the hotel was out of majority of the ingredients needed to make anything. We pretty much could only have pizza and wings. The tv repeatedly lost WiFi connection for our streaming and we couldn’t get the tv guide menu to work properly. The staff inside the actual hotel were nice though.

Clean, nice rooms and very friendly staff, which was great. Unfortunately, parking was terrible especially in the cold, the elevator key system was a pain to use, and breakfast options were limited and not very good. Mixed experience overall.

Clean room, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and love the ease of having it on site and free. Minus a star bc of the parking. $29 valet or offsite self park only, probably will keep me from coming back. Otherwise it is a good place!

The pool and hot tub area were not clean. My daughter got a fungal infection (rash) from the hot tub. When I called to let staff know about yheir hot tub, the lady did not care and hung up on me. The staff was not friendly upon arrival or at valet for the $32 parking. The staff could not find an extra bath towel for our room, either.
