Well for starters there were no remotes to the down stairs TVs- Which I think I should be refunded a small portion of my fee. We were unable to turn on any of the TVs the whole time and were told to look for the remotes ourselves. The problem never got solved and so my family of four had to watch TV upstairs if we so desired... While the manager was communicative it really wasn't acceptable in my opinion. The house was also not equip with cook ware for a family i.e- Tupperware there were no spatulas either. It seemed to be very much like the owner had not ever rented this property out before or maybe had an experience themselves renting a VRBO. I would absolutely take this down as a family friendly property as there was nothing about this property that was family friendly i.e. the stairs were unsafe, it was somewhat dirty, no plastic dishware, not babyproofed, no highchair or pack n play provided, the backyard was pretty dirty and the rug was very unsafe for adults and kiddos. The house you could tell had not received updates in a while. If you are looking to impress I would recommend going with a different option. I would also say that when booking this is no where near walking distance to anything. You are pretty stuck if you don't have a car. All in all I would not stay here again.
