My (adult) daughter and I were in CS to visit family and friends for a 3-night stay. Perfect spot for 2 adults or a couple and small child. We chose the property for it’s close proximity to my best friend’s house. We both slept comfortably and the neighborhood is quiet at night. We literally just slept there and didn’t use any of the appliances so I can’t comment on them. The property was very clean and has stacked washer and dryer, if needed. It is conveniently located near downtown and highway access. The owner quickly responded when I had questions. Would definitely stay again.

The place is nice and cozy. Pretty quiet for being in a neighborhood. There is one thing, not really a negative, just something everyone should know is the parking space isn't very big. I drive a silverado 1500. From my rear tires to the back of the truck don't fit in the driveway so i was sticking out into the alley. But the code didn't work one day, I got a hold of Ben and he came and fixed it right away.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and newly renovated apartment. Ben was a wonderful and accommodating host, and the property was absolutely ideal for the two of us. Located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, this spacious garage apartment was well equipped with everything that we needed for our long weekend in beautiful Colorado Springs. We were just a few minutes from downtown and many other attractions. We will definitely stay again. Many thanks to Ben and his family and we look forward to our next stay!
