I loved our stay! Great price for time of year and the breakfast was great. Clean hotel with good amenities. My one and only complaint is we were told wed have a view of pikes peak while this is true based on images it appeared it would be very direct. However our primary view was 3/4 other huge hotels across.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly, room was comfortable and had what we needed. The location was ideal, with many food options in close proximity. The breakfast waa very good and there are vending machines that sell everytging from noodles to Lunchables to donuts. Perfect for late night snacks! 😊 For the price, it was very good!

We were very impressed with the Academy hotel! The staff was friendly the beds were comfortable, their rooms were very clean. But most of all the rooms are very quiet! We loved the blackout drapes and the maid to order omelettes in the morning. We will definitely book with the Academy Hotel again!

The free hot breakfast with omelet to order station was wonderful and make your own waffle station. There is a beautiful lobby with fireplace. No hot tub as advertised (under construction) and alternate pillow is not available (I guess as staff didn't know about, but said would bring and didn't). Hair on wall of bathroom in suite. Pool looked beautiful and seemed to draw people, but we didn't use. Games / activities seemed inviting as well, but we didn't use. I would not recommend restaurant for the food/cook, more of a bar that the $10 off $20 would have been better used. Maybe simple bar foods or sandwich/burger are better than nachos or teriyaki bowl (beef was missing from nachos, but had alot of sour cream and bowl was mostly soy sauce flavor but delicious squash). Staff was very accomodating and kind.
