Room was dirty, floors look like they haven been cleaned in several days if not weeks , mirror still had smears from previous tenants, phone had dried boogers on it to include other nasty grime. Table had stains from previous tenants also. Floor was disgusting to where we had to ask for additional towels to line the entire bathroom for after showering.

Set thermostat at 72. When temp dropped a couple of degrees, the unit would kick on...but blow cold air (AC) until the temp would drop another degree or two. Then it would switch to "heat". Aside from this issue: The room was clean, and service was very good. Excellent valve overall.

the hotel is quite nice, good amenities, very comfortable beds. breakfast was good, nice variety. just two issues-- trip was booked for over 6 months and they didnt have my second room. after a phone call to housekeeping, we had to take a top floor and bottom instead of adjoining rooms. the other issue might be a deal- breaker, and it came close with me-- no coffee maker and hit or miss as to whether the lobby had any.
