To whom it may concern, I would like to take a moment to share my experience at the Cambria in downtown Columbia, SC. Unfortunately, my visit to this location was quite disappointing, and I’ve never encountered such issues at any other Cambria hotel. I had booked a room with a king-size bed, but upon arrival, I was informed that the room I reserved was sold out. They claimed they tried to email me about this, but I did not receive any notification until it was time to check in.
Additionally, the front desk representative was not very friendly, which added to my frustration. The self-parking situation was also problematic, as there are only 20 parking spots available. I opted for self-parking because I had to wait 15 minutes to retrieve my car from the valet, and I had an appointment to attend. Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay here, as this experience was unlike any I’ve had before.
