Staff was petty. When I show the desk clerk my Hilton Honors # and asked for the complimentary water they provided, she took the courtesy bag of popcorn out the bag and only gave me the water. When I asked the other clerk about it, she said it was included.

Booked a queen room that wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were told we would receive a call when it was ready. Got back after 11pm to learn that there were no queen rooms left. Staff was uninterested in answering questions and put us in a room with a bed and a pullout sofa in a different hotel property that shares the building. I can’t really review the hotel because the room we had was technically in a different one.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The hot water was out to the entire hotel and it would have been nice to be told this before check-in. Once I complained, they offered to refund the $13 parking fee and said I would receive free Hilton Honors points. Still waiting on the points.

Only supplied with 1 bath towel, 1 face towel, and 2 wash cloths, and no bath floor towel. The hair Conditioner and body soap in the Shower was empty. No coffee stirrers. Staff was very friendly upon check in. Ice machine on 2nd floor not working.
