From the moment I arrived, she set the tone for a great experience welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Room was okay, staff was great. BUT I had to pay to park in a garage because there were no spots at the hotel. That wasn't part of the reservations. I have a bad knew and it was hard walking to and from the garage.
